I have a fever. The patient has a fever. Fever.	I cannot move my arms and legs. The patient cannot move his/her arms and legs. Unable to move the arms and legs.
I have a headache. The patient has a headache. Headache.	I had a seizure for the first time. The patient had convulsions for the first time. In convulsions (No convulsions before).
