I got head/facial trauma before the onset of a seizure. The patient got injured in the head/face before falling into convulsions. Injury in the head/face before convulsions. I cannot speak. The patient cannot make conversation. Unable to make conversation.	I am afraid of a seizure coming back. OR Something is wrong with me. OR I feel restless. The patient might fall back into convulsions. OR Something is wrong with the patient. OR The patient feels restless. Possibly falling back into convulsions. OR Something is wrong (with oneself). OR Restless.
I have a fever. The patient has a fever. Fever.	I cannot move my arms and legs. The patient cannot move his/her arms and legs. Unable to move the arms and legs.
I have a headache. The patient has a headache. Headache.	I had a seizure for the first time. The patient had convulsions for the first time. In convulsions (No convulsions before).
