  • Age
  • Drug overdose ingestion, Drug misuse / intoxication (in an adult, in a child)
  • Are you concerned about anything?
  • Cannot ambulate?

If you can't find a hospital immediately, or if you have one of the following symptoms, call an ambulance.

Is the patient wheezing? OR Is his/her breathing shallow and slow? Do you have chest pain?
Do you have severe abdominal pain? Do you have nausea/vomiting?
Do you have a plan to kill yourself? Did you take alcohol?
Are you a potential victim of a criminal case? OR were you involved in an accident of some sort?
