Close your eyes and extend both of your arms forward, horizontally to the floor, with your palms upwards. Do one or both of your arms drop or rotate internally? Patient has facial asymmetry, or difficulty moving/drooping one side of his/her face.
I cannot keep my legs up while lying down.

The patient has his/her legs coming down while trying to keep them up.

Having the legs coming down while trying to keep them up.		 One side of the body is paralyzed.
I have a headache.

The patient has a headache.

The patient cannot repeat a phrase distinctly. OR Something is wrong with the patient's utterance.

Unable to repeat a phrase distinctly. OR Abnormal utterance.		 The patient does not say a word or does not understand anything; he/she cannot repeat a phrase.

No word said, no understanding shown, and no repetition of a phrase given.
I have dizziness and nausea. OR I have been vomiting.

The patient has dizziness and nausea. OR The patient has been vomiting.
