The TFD’s ambulance runs in 2021 was 743,703(an increase of 22,738 from the previous year). Then, the ratio of the ambulance-transported patients initially diagnosed and classified as minor injury was 51.4 % - is more than a half in total.

Due to the increase in the number of senior citizens, the change in disease development and the greater diversity in citizens’ needs, the demand for emergency medical services tend to increase every year.

Tiered Response by Pumper and Ambulance
