The Certificate of Excellence for First Aid Course Completion is issued to business operators who strongly recognize the need for first aid, has developed a pre-hospital care policy by promoting mutual support, and encourage the employees to take first aid courses to protect the lives of the employees, facility users and community residents.

As of January 1, 2023, 1,441 business operators had received the Certificate, and many cases that the employees performed first aid and saved lives had been reported. The TFD also issues the certificate to shopping arcades and local communities to promote the certificate and further develop first aid awareness of the community members. Good manner companies are publicly listed, and the TFD encourages the business owners to obtain the Excellence Mark and organize first aid seminars for their employees.
